This incident caused the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park.

An additional two individuals have been arrested related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport where 21 people sustained injuries by what is thought to be pepper spray, as stated by police.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area for suspected theft and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

These detentions come after a probe into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured in the event. A total of five individuals went to hospital for treatment and have since been discharged.

Police arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault close to the location. He has since been released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Police were called at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of a number of individuals injured by a noxious substance thought to be an irritant spray.

The attack - which authorities stated was a standalone incident and not considered an act of terror - resulted in train delays and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
